Part-time Recreation Assistant
Hartland Department of Recreation is seeking a part-time Recreation Assistant under the direction of the Recreation Director. The Recreation Assistant will support the department with planning, setting up and leading activities, programs and events, maintaining recreational equipment, and fielding calls, emails and enrollments. The position also organizes calendars, event and program details and materials, and assists with the execution of recreation programming. Hours vary weekly, with more scheduled hours in summer. On average, this position is 20 hours a week, but may range between 15 and 40 hours a week and includes some nights and weekends. Program support includes but is not limited to Hometown Celebration, Bike Rodeo, Summer Camp, T-Ball, Pickleball, Thursday Night Concerts, National Night Out, Business Trick or Treat, Hartland Lights, and Holiday Train.
The starting wage is $18-$26/hour. Must be age 21+. Equal opportunity employer. Full-time Firefighter/Paramedic/Inspector/MPO
The Hartland Fire Department has opened a Full-Time Firefighter/Paramedic hiring process to expand our staffing for the Village of Hartland. This position requires a 24-hour on and 48 hours off rotation. However, the hours are subject to change with limited notice.
Current Wage: $55,000 Annual Salary, Benefit Package Includes. (Health, Dental, Vision, Wisconsin Retirement System, and Deferred Comp.)

Full-time Department of Public Works Laborer
Hartland Public Works Department is hiring a full-time Laborer. Duties include working in the streets, parks, along with the utility departments. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have valid class “B” CDL driver’s license and able to obtain a CDL “A” within 1 year of hire.
Work duration is 40 hours a week, nights and weekends will be required. Starting salary is $28.65 per hour. Drug test and background check are required as a condition of employment.
