Items that need to be present when filling out the application:
- Picture ID with your current address
OR
- ID and mail with your current address
Come into the Library and stop at the front desk. A staff member will hand you a form to fill out. The whole process will take about five minutes to complete. You will leave with your new card and a welcome packet that has information on the resources and services the library provides.
You do not have to live in this municipality to apply for a Hartland Public Library card. This card is good at all 24 Waukesha and Jefferson County libraries.
