The Program Rooms

The Hartland Public Library has two program rooms available for reservations. 

Bark River Room

• Capacity: 32 total or 25 with table seating
• Technology: Promethean board, surround sound, projector, screen, computer (if needed), and computer hookups.
• Coffee and other refreshments are acceptable; however, no kitchen is available.

Ice Age Trail Room

• Capacity: 60 total or 52 with table seating
• Technology: 2 smart TVs, conference camera, conference speaker, surround sound, computer (if needed), and computer hookups
• Coffee and other refreshments are acceptable; however, no kitchen is available.

Default Room Set Up

Both program rooms should start out set up as the following picture shows, with tables and chairs stacked nicely to one side of the room. You are responsible for setting up the room for your group and placing the room back to this original default set up configuration. Please ask as staff member if you have any questions.

To reserve a room 

To reserve a room, go to the Library Calendar (linked below) and click on the link that says RESERVE A ROOM at the top of the page. From there you can make a reservation either based on the specific room or by the date you wish to hold your event.
